Reclaim.ai review for freelancers
AI calendar assistant that schedules focus time, habits, tasks and meetings around your existing events.
Our review
Reclaim.ai connects to Google or Outlook Calendar and automatically blocks time for focus work, recurring habits, tasks and breaks, moving those blocks as meetings change. It also offers scheduling links and calendar syncing between accounts. Its pricing page lists a free Lite plan for a single user, with a one-week scheduling range, one calendar sync and one scheduling link, and Starter at $10 per seat per month billed annually or $12 billed monthly, with an eight-week range, three calendar syncs, three scheduling links and unlimited integrations. For a freelancer with client calls spread across several calendars it can protect time for actual work, though it only helps if you keep your calendar up to date. Motion and Calendly are alternatives.
Pros
- Free Lite plan for one user
- Automatically defends focus time and habits
- Syncs availability across Google and Outlook calendars
Cons
- Free plan only schedules one week ahead
- Only as useful as your calendar is accurate
- Team-oriented features and pricing beyond Starter
